新茶与老茶

普洱茶係讲究“愈沉愈香”嘅陈年老茶,所以大部分嘅厂家,都强调其存放嘅年份,而忽略咗初茶嘅品质。冇好嘅新茶,就冇好嘅老茶。唔好嘅茶叶放耐咗,其结果只係更腐败,咁又点会变成陈年好茶呢?
每个人嘅教育基础、人格奠基、习惯养成,若唔能够从细就扎根,咁就唔可能会喺成年之后,莫名其妙地变好。公司亦然,基本功先打好,企业文化先塑好,公司价值观先建好,咁样嘅公司至可以永续经营、长命百岁。
